She is extremely knowledgeable in every area of the home buying process and shared that knowledge every step of the way so I had a full understanding of what was taking place. She reached out on a daily basis to keep me in the know of where we were in the process and what the next steps would be. The sale of our beloved home was an important and emotional event for us and the outcome was outstanding because of the professional expertise of Rachel Angers. She was available by phone and text 24 x 7, and always went above and beyond, coordinating our cleaning and yard crews post the hurricane and for showings, managing contractors for punch list items, personally prepping every detail in advance of pictures, the listing process, each showing, contracting, and she coordinated a long distance closing process. Her knowledge of the local market, expertise in dealing with emotional sellers (yes, that was us), ability to adapt to changing conditions (Hurrican Ian, market comp shifts, house preparation) and her attention to every single detail was impressive and outstanding. Rachel Angers is the realtor to cherish in Sarasota County. She knows the market and the local area extremely well. Excelling as a Riverview High “Ram”, she also became active in our community marching with the band and dancing at Scottish games and local Highland events. Thus, she remembers roads, streets, and neighborhoods from the “early days “ of Sarasota and generously shares the background of places with her clients. How did Rachel do all this? With constant communication and check points to make sure everything was on track. She never slacked off with her attention. She was willing to work early mornings and weekends to make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. Yet, she never overstepped her boundaries by becoming too chatty or personal. She was always most professional and a great representation for Michael Saunders Company. Truly, my husband and I have bought and sold homes in four different states, from the West Coast to the Eastern Shore. We have never, never been so completely satisfied with the professional services of any realtor until we met Rachel Angers. She simplified everything for everyone and even generously offered to help do the final cleaning of our home since we are in our mid-70s.
